Where our food comes from

Fresh, organic, and bursting with flavour! Bean's Bistro is proud to bring you a baby food delivery service that brings the best of nature straight to your doorstep (or park bench!).

Made with locally sourced, organic, non-GMO ingredients, our meals are the perfect way to nourish your little one's growing body. Say goodbye to preservatives and hello to pure, wholesome food.

The city's rich cultural diversity is reflected in the variety of ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers nestled in the vibrant Kensington Market such as; Kensington Fruit Market, Augusta Fruit Market and Caribbean Corner. At Fiesta Farms, the commitment to local and sustainable agriculture shines through in every aisle, while The Big Carrot, a staple of Toronto's health-conscious community, offers a wealth of organic options. And at Organic Garage, families can find peace of mind in knowing that their food is free of harmful chemicals and pesticides.

We are grateful for the hardworking grocers and farmers who make it all possible, using ethical and sustainable practices to cultivate the crops that end up in your little one's meals.

With Bean's Bistro, you can be sure that your baby is enjoying the best of local crops. We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality produce. The farmers who work with these suppliers are dedicated to sustainable and ethical agriculture practices, ensuring that the food your little one consumes is not only nutritious but also safe and responsibly sourced.

Why Certified Organic?

No Toxic Pesticides

Many growers use synthetic pesticides to protect their crops from moulds, insects and diseases. These don’t belong in our juice or for that matter in our bodies.

Higher Nutritional Value

25% of the nutritional value is lost with pre-packaged, store-bought baby food. Studies suggest in the absence of pesticides and fertilizers, plants boost their production of the phytochemicals (vitamins and antioxidants). Organic to us means cooking the most nutrient-rich food possible.

NO GMO’s

Safety of GMO foods is unproven and a growing body of research connects these foods with a range of health concerns. The risk of harm is something we can’t stand behind.

Support the Environment

Organic farming reduces pollutants in groundwater and creates richer soil that aids plant growth while reducing erosion.
